(Stadium Place) is a five story mixed-use building located near the UC campus at
2310 Fulton Street in Berkeley. There are 74 accessible units containing 37
two-bedroom, two-bath units, 16 one-bedroom, one-bath units, and 21 studio
units. All units have a full kitchen and one accessible bath. Usable open
space is provided to seven units with private decks, and a gracious courtyard
that provides open space for the entire complex. The building was set back
from a small adjacent landmark building.
