This new, 4-bedroom 1,900 square
foot house is tucked behind an existing duplex on an oversized lot in the
Berkeley hills. A beautiful urban courtyard was created between the new and
existing buildings. The kitchen features custom cabinets and built-ins
constructed of stained cherry wood.
