This project involved a 1,550
square foot addition to the rear of an existing two-story, two-bedroom Craftsman
home in Rockridge.
The
spacious new ground floor living room has become a venue for home concerts, with
room to hold an audience of fifty people. The new second floor features a
master bedroom suite and three additional bedrooms.
