The Bay Architects was established in 1980 by James Novosel in order to serve small to medium large scale residential, commercial, and institutional clients in the East Bay. The principal of the Bay Architects, James Novosel, brings to the firm extensive experience in planning, urban design, architectural design and environmental design research. We have management experience on a wide range of design projects providing the expertise to coordinate and complete complex projects on schedule and within budget. Our projects have included:
