Telegraph Bays Apartments

2616 Telegraph Avenue, Berkeley, CA

Telegraph Bays is a four-story mixed-use building located at 2616 Telegraph Avenue. The ground floor contains a residential parking garage accessed from Carleton Street and 2,000 square feet of retail space along the Telegraph Avenue. The upper residential floors have a total of 20 accessible units. There are 17 two-bedroom units, and three one-bedroom units. Each unit has one accessible bath and kitchen. Usable open space is provided to six units with private decks. Three upper-story units have an additional loft area.  Solar panels shade a roof deck and provide power to house lighting, elevators and other equipment.
